Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Facilitate Tactical and Execution Planning sessions and Leadership Team meetings, including agenda prioritization and finalization.
  • Contribute to strategy-related projects within the business unit and across the group.
  • Ensure executive directives are clearly communicated and cascaded appropriately across all subsidiaries.
  • Incorporate strategic direction and risk mitigation plans into the Group TMS (Target Management System).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with various business units to ensure alignment of departmental goals with corporate strategy.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to support strategic initiatives and resolve interdependencies.

Compliance & Data Privacy

  • Assist in Data Privacy compliance activities as a designated Compliance Officer for Privacy (COP).
  • Ensure adherence to data protection policies and regulatory requirements across the group.

Performance & Reporting

  • Support the quality preparation and timely submission of Group KPIs to HR.
  • Prepare office memoranda, reports, presentation materials, and briefing decks as needed or requested by the NEZ-PH COO.

Risk Management & Governance

  • Provide risk management support services for group strategies, initiatives, and processes, including oversight of the ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) process.
  • Consolidate and ensure timely submission of group risk management reports.
  • Facilitate quarterly risk discussions and periodically monitor and review the implementation of risk management strategies and action plans to address top risks.

Research & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct research, analyze, and disseminate information on customer needs, industry trends, competitive threats, market risks, and expansion opportunities.

Administrative & Other Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual plans, budgets, policies, procedures, and standards for the department/section.
  • Handle special projects assigned by the NEZ-PH COO and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Act as a corporate resource and perform other related functions inherent in team operations or as assigned by higher management.
