ROLE PURPOSE:

Manages all facets of Human Resources to ensure smooth transition and readiness of all talents which will support corporate objectives through the development and execution of Human Resources programs.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Attainment of Billed Volume (in million cubic meters) .
  • Attainment of Revenues and Net Income (in PhP) .
  • Attainment of Water and/or Used Water Service Coverage (%) .
  • Attainment of number of New Water and Used Water Service Connections .
  • AR Management  (Collection Efficiency (%) and AR Days)
  • Complaints resolved within standard time .
  • Vendor and Service Providers Management .
  • Expand/extend coverage of the Concession Area.
  • Support in New Business Transitions. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management, or any related course or graduate of any 4 or 5-year course but with relevant experience/training in Business Operations / Management.
  • At least 5-year experience in Business Operations with relevant experience in data analytics, customer service, key accounts management, market research, billing, and collection.
