Role Purpose
Assists the Territory Managers with a variety of routine business and technical related tasks including processing of NWSC applications, reporting information on customer complaints, investigation of technical tickets including field findings, and attainment of collection efficiency and AR reduction targets.
Job Description
Water Service Connection/Service Coverage
Conducts regular NWSC application drive in projected areas; Processes NWSC Application and conducts onsite investigation; Documents and monitors status of installation of NWSCs.
Collection Efficiency and AR Days
Assists the revenue management team in collection-related initiatives to attain Collection efficiency and AR days targets; Conducts counseling to ensure payment of delinquent customers and recovery of disconnected accounts; Performs onsite investigation of accounts with long outstanding AR.
After Sales
Documents and verifies customer concerns/complaints on site; Monitors/aids in resolution of field findings; Assists the Territory Management team in investigation of technical related tickets.
