LEGAL SERVICES DIRECTOR - CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Provides legal advice/opinion that caters to corporate governance

Advises and represents the company before government agencies, such as regulators, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, and legislative bodies

Supports the business in managing and mitigating legal, regulatory, and commercial risks and assists in implementing solutions and compliance

Drafts, reviews and assists in the negotiation of contracts and other legal documents ensuring always that the interest of the business is amply protected

Supervises the work of the Legal Counsels and staff

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Must be a law graduate and have passed the Philippine Bar examination.

Must have at least 10 years of previous experience in legal practice.
