Business Operations Associate Manager - Network Management

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs the effective, efficient and equitable management and distribution of water supply across the network zone with primary focus on assigned business zone. Includes management network from secondary lines up to customer touchpoint and strategies to reduce non-revenue water
• Operates the network system for equitable water supply distribution and/or based on the demand plans of the grid/business area.
• Conducts analyzes, correlates, interprets water supply and pressure data gathered from BI, GIS, benchmarking, DMA activities and demand-based management and provides recommendations for implementation.
• Monitor roads/drainages under construction and coordinate with respective site in-charge.
• Pre-approves the project plans and milestones and ensures overall compliance to applicable statutory, legal and corporate requirements of the project.
• Exercises oversight on the project team’s implementation and construction (small projects).
• Provides analysis of NRW based on data gathered from DMAs such as leak localization, step testing, Water Adequacy Test (WAT) and Zero Pressure Test (ZPT) and identify solutions and methodologies for NRW reduction and management.
• Implement and monitor proper maintenance of appurtenances (ex. valves, flow meters, etc.) and technical equipment used.
• Analyzes and recommends revisions on existing technical standard specifications for water network operational efficiency.
• Executes the planned NIP management operation and other SA works.
• Prepares the planned NIP operations for SA works
