Role Purpose

Manages and implements Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects/programs appropriate in an identified community. 

Job Description

Corporate Social Responsibility Projects  

• Identify communities that will benefit Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects within and outside concession area 
• Manages and monitors the implementation of CSR projects in identified community 
• Conducts public consultations and establish community relations before, during and after project implementation 
• Executes and assures implementation of available/applicable CSR program in a community 

Sustainability Report 

• Summarizes and monitors implemented CSR projects  
• Prepares materials necessary in the production of Sustainability Report 

Stakeholder Management – DENR, LGU (MENRO,CENRO, PENRO), LLDA, other relevant NGOs 

• Coordinates with other group in matters concerning implementation of CSR projects in an identified community.
