Role Purpose

Responsible for the supervision of water network and/or used water network operations through implementation of activities of to ensure continuous and reliable water services critical to the attainment of the company’s goals and objectives of the Business Unit

Job Description

Compliance to Regulatory and Environmental Standards: Implemented Process Monitoring Procedures, On-time implementation of sampling and troubleshooting activities 

•    Coordinates with Network Operators on the onsite monitoring of network pressure, water quality, and other operational data
•    Plans and implement leak detection schedule to optimize network monthly monitoring for non-revenue water.


Efficient Network Operations: Implemented Standard Operating Procedures, Documented records of operational data, Reduction of Non-Revenue Water

•    Consolidates all operational data such as network pressure and water quality 
•    Consolidates and analyses all submission of operations monitoring reports and provides recommendations
•    Supervision of regular exercise of water network and/or sewer activities to prevent customer complaints
•    Supervision of regular inspection of gate valves, air valves, blowoffs, PRVs and others to check for defects, etc.
•    Facilitates the resolution of  critical CRM tickets and field findings such as low pressure, no water, illegal connections, that requires fast action, house service connection installation,  disconnection, pressure monitoring, meter relocation/ replacement, sewer lines and manholes cleaning/de-clogging  
•    Implements all customer meter testing activities and make recommendations
•    Ensures that all plans/systems/ programs/processes are effectively implemented so that all works will have best results
•    Assists Facility Operators on maintenance activities
•    Performs logging of tickets for materials/services requisition and purchase requests.
•    Implements policies and guidelines on water and usedwater network management
•    Assesses and evaluates the performance of contractors for Network Projects
•    Monitors the implementation of network projects in assigned zone or area

Operations Reliability: Timely implementation of maintenance activities, Documented records of incidents and breakdowns, Regular implementation of network upkeep, Availability during on-call and emergencies

•    Supervises maintenance and minor reactive works for water and/or used water network uphold zero business disruption and ensure overall business continuity. 
•    Prepares incident reports, documents Critical Project Review (CPR) and Post-incident Review.
•    Facilitates all emergency situations and reports immediately to Network Operations Manager
•    Consolidates network Operator's monitoring reports on DPWH projects
•    Conduct toolbox meetings/huddles and record accomplishment reports on a weekly basis.
•    Coordinates with Business Operations on customer requests and complaints related to water and used water network

Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Bachelors Degree in Environmental & Sanitary Engineering
