Role Purpose

Manages all facets of Human Resources to ensure smooth transition and readiness of all talents which will support corporate objectives through the development and execution of Human Resources programs

Job Description

Deployment of the right talent/s at the right time, with complete documentation. 
Manages talent pooling and ensure closure of manpower request ahead/within TAT: Conducts paper screening and initial interviews to all candidates, Coordinates shortlisted candidates to hiring managers
Manages recruitment process for new employees: Implements and monitors compliance on pre-employment requirements; Handles new employees’ orientation program. Coordinates with appropriate departments for turnover of new employee.; Initiates process improvement to cover new employees’ induction, among others.

100% accuracy of Employee Database 
Oversees the administration of an updated Attendance Management System to closely monitor employee leaves, overtime and undertime.; Manages the handling of security and confidentiality of employee data through control of 201 files and Employee Database system 

100% accuracy and timely delivery of Regulatory Reports
Oversees the administration of government-mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig) and selected BIR transactions.; Ensures timely and accurate payments to government institutions such as SSS, HDMF and Philhealth remittances.

100% Administration of the Employee Manual and Code of Conduct in accordance with set procedures and directives
Applies the corresponding corrective measures in coordination with parties involved to address a particular work-related violation/ disruption.; Addresses employee grievances and/or work-related concerns through facilitation of a proper venue/process to efficiently resolve a related situation.

100% implementation of designed HR Programs following the set calendar
Manages the implementation of all HR activities and ensure to get employees’ feedbacks and evaluation.; Performs organizational culture review to ensure that HR programs will support business and talents needs.; Informs all employees on organizational changes to include new or revised policies and procedures.; Ensures proper documentation of employee benefit programs such as leave credits, medical reimbursements, and insurance coverage.; Assists in the formulation and implementation of an annual training plan according to the training needs analyses results and oversees its execution.; Assists in the identification and review of training needs; works with department heads in preparing Individual Training Plan.
